Paramore Taking A Break From Playing "Misery Business" Live

September 9, 2018

Ever go to a show and wonder if the band or artist ever gets tired from playing the same songs over and over and over again? Does Paul McCartney still enjoy playing Beatles classics in 2018? Does Green Day reallyyyy wanna play songs that are more than 20 years old?

Paramore, who have been touring all summer,  just announced at their hometown Nashville show on Friday that they'd be playing their hit "Misery Business" for the last time in a very long time.

Hayley Willliams shared that it felt like it was the right time to make this decision.

She's also opened up about "Miz Biz" over the past few years, often emphasizing that she wrote those lyrics when she was only 17, and doesn't quite relate to them anymore.

Thanks to these fans recording this important moment in Paramore History, we can sit back and watch this special performance... and scream "it was never my intention to braaaaaaag" at the top of our lungs one last time, for now.

Oh, and just because Paramore isn't playing "Misery Business" for the foreseeable future, doesn't mean ALT 92.3's not!!!!! Listen to us 24/7 here!
