Marilyn Manson's Show At Long Island's The Paramount Didn't Go So Well

February 16, 2018

By Joe Cingrana

Aging goth-rocker Marilyn Manson is back on the road following a prop disaster that saw the singer get knocked out and break some bones back in September 2017.

But it seems not all was well with Manson at the bands show in Huntington, NY (Long Island) on Thursday night (2/15). Fans were apparently treated to about three scattered songs and a lengthy tirade before Manson dropped the microphone and walked off stage causing the crowd to immediately demand a refund from the venue.

As YouTube user bill hell put it: "Manson was so messed up he was slurring, babbling incoherently, he got mad at the audience and didn’t do his songs, he made up some 'song' on the spot, babbling about the audience, and he won’t sing his tunes unless we all said we love him so much!!! He’s done!!! Over the hills, go check into the Betty Ford clinic and get clean."

Here's another fan eviscerating Manson on social media.

What a spoiled little bitch, I am so disgusted with the disrespect Manson showed his fans tonight. At least if he got crushed by a prop tonight there would have been some sort of entertainment --

After the show ended, Reddit user TylerJohnson10946 commented from the venue saying, "EMTs came dude. The man was f*****."

Here's hoping Manson has a good support system around him and will be seeking treatment if he was indeed intoxicated. Also worth mentioning out of concerned speculation: the man may still be taking pain medication for his injuries after the stage prop accident -- so let's also hope his doctors are involved and monitoring his situation.
