The Best Pizzeria in the Country is in...Boston?!?

Someone is clearly confused.

Trip Advisor published their list of the Top 10 U.S. Pizza Restaurants this week and, in a move that probably confounds anyone reading this, listed some pizza joint in BOSTON as their #1. New York favorite Bleeker Street Pizza came in at #2, but COME ON. Boston? Seriously? The only other NY Pizzeria to make the list was Juliana's in Brooklyn (#6). It's crazypants!

Apparently, the list is based on "millions of reviews and opinions from TripAdvisor diners." Maybe this explains it, because the majority of those people most likely grew up somewhere where "pizza" comes from a chain restaurant (that stuff is tasty for sure, but it is not, and will never be, actual PIZZA.) Hit up a half-way decent pizzeria after that, and you're gonna have a come-to-Jesus pizza moment. Still though, publishing this list is an injustice to pizza lovers everywhere! There is NO WAY they make better pizza in Nashville, TN than they do on Long Island (for example).

Thankfully, they got it right when listing the Top 10 U.S. Pizza Cities and listed NYC as #1. Chicago came in at #2, followed by Las Vegas at #3 and San Fransisco at #4 (where are ya now, Boston?). It doesn't right the wrong, but it is still nice to see.
