You won’t be lying. A new study has come out to let us know that napping is actually really good for you. It’s GREAT for your heart! They said taking 1-2 naps a week could decrease your chance of heart disease and stroke! They’re saying it’s because we don’t get enough sleep at night and these little naps help us catch up.
