Not saying I called that the Cats movie would be poorly received, but I'm not NOT saying it either.

Regardless of who predicted what about Cats, it was not the purrfect adaptation all parties involved hoped it would be. A few New Yorkers have decided to use this as excuse to raise money for a good claws - err, cause - and subject themselves to a 24-hour Cats marathon for charity. If they can raise $15k through GoFundMe, Stephen, Emily and Kristopher say they'll subject themselves to Cats on a loop for a full day and livestream the whole thing, only taking breaks during the credits. The trio will donate the money raised to Housing Works, an NYC organization helping those affected with HIV/AIDS

It all warms my feline-loving heart. Hoping the stream turns into an MST3K-style Jellicle Spectacle by the end. Here's the GoFundMe page if you want to get involved.
