To quote The Princess Bride: when I was your age, television was called BOOKS! Although if Quentin Tarantino had written the line, he would likely have swapped movies for books, and there would have been cursing, and The Princess Bride would be a hell of a lot darker. Anyway. Not the point. Tarantino just had a lengthy conversation with the legendary Martin Scorsese where he said, among other fascinating things, that his future projects will include a novel.

Fun fact: Once Upon a Time in Hollywood actually began its life as a novel before Tarantino realized it was better off as a film. This time around, he seems pretty dedicated to sticking to the plan and writing a book that mixes classic Hollywood, foreign films, and World War II: that's how he described the plot to Scorsese, anyway. Can you imagine eavedropping on their chat?? Can't go back in time and make that happen, but you can read the transcript here, at any rate!
