People Are Fed Up With Facebook

Have you taken a break from Facebook during the last year? You're definitely not alone. A new collection of data says that 4 out of 10 people over 18 have stepped away from FB for several weeks, and 25% of us have deleted the app entirely at some point. And the younger the person, the more likely they were to need some time away.

Is it political arguments? Concerns about privacy? That one friend who won't stop oversharing? Probably a combination of factors, tbh. I've moved all my social media apps off of the first page of my phone, so that I can try to be more mindful about using them instead of just opening them out of habit. But I've also deleted (and reinstalled) them from time to time. Everything is a balance.

And if you ARE using Facebook these days, come on over and say hi!
