TIRED? TAKE THE MORE EFFECTIVE, "COFFEE NAP"

I like the "4-Hour Nap" myself.

So, apparently the new thing to do when you're tired is take a coffee nap.  That's where you drink a cup of coffee, THEN nap.

Wait...

Huh?

Yeah....science says so.
