Sparrow Sleeps Releasing Third Blink-182 Lullabye Record 'Cali-Snore-nia'

October 3, 2018

If you go to put on some Blink-182, chances are you're not trying to sleep. Unless, its a lullaby version of a Blink record. Which exists. Now more than one, even, thanks to Casey Cole and Peter Lockhart, the duo better known as Sparrow Sleeps.

A few years ago they turned "Dude Ranch" into "Boob Ranch" and had great success, so now they're back to turn California into Cali-Snore-nia. That's actually a pretty great name.

Sparrow Sleeps have done this with a lot of pop-punk bands, Fall Out Boy, Paramore, Neck Deep... it's their thing. But who, exactly, is their thing geared towards? Who is listening to pop-punk lullabies? Casey Cole says "hopefully the pop-punk parents out there will get a kick out of our efforts, as well as some extra sleep."

Ahh. That makes sense.

They're planning to release renditions of the All-American Rejects and Relient K before the year is up, too.

In the meantime, you can purchase Cali-Snore-nia HERE
