Black Friday Record Store Day Release List Is Here

Gets better every time...

October 9, 2019

Record Store Day just keeps growing and growing.  Called the "best thing to ever happen to independent record stores," the first one was kicked off by  Metallica at Rasputin Music in Mountain View, California, on April 19, 2008. That first year there were only about TEN special Record Store Day releases, including Death Cab For Cutie, R.E.M., Stephen Malkmus, Vampire Weekend, The Teenagers, Black Kids, and Jason Mraz.

This year?

Let's just say its a LOT more.

Pearl Jam, Sublime, U2, Slipknot, Barns Courtney, Kings of Leon, and Arcade Fire are all taking part, just to name a few.
