Gibby Haynes Playing An All Butthole Surfers Set In BK

Who really knows what goes on in the mind of Gibby Haynes, or if a new Butthole Surfers album will ever actually materialize, but if you're a nostalgist (or have never seen the legendary band), the frontman will be back in Brooklyn this october playing an exclusive performance of track's from their catalog.  Interestingly enough, it's neither an acoustic set or solo, it's a unique performance with The Paul Green Rock Academy, which marks the second collaboration between the entitities, who previously joined forces for a show in the Catskills earlier this month.  Tickets are 25 dollars, and if nothing else, it promises to be severely weird, which sounds comparable to the best Butthole Surfers shows.  Check out some video below, and cop tickets for the October 25th performance, here.
