For those not familiar with the band, Blues Traveler formed more than 30 years ago in Princeton, New Jersey with just four members: John Popper, Chandler Kinchla, Brendan Hill, and the late Bobby Sheehan. The band would go on to release a total of 13 studio albums, four of those albums have gone gold, three platinum, and one six-times platinum. They sold more than 10 million combined units. Their single, “Run-Around” from four, had the longest-charting radio single in Billboard history, which earned them a GRAMMY for Best Rock Performance by a Duo or a Group with Vocals in 1996. The band now consists of the same three original band members and have added Tad Kinchla and Ben Wilson.

Back to the tour, four was literally the band's fourth album, was their most commercially successful, and peaked at #8 on the Billboard 200 charts generating two Top 40 hits, 'Run Around' and 'Hook'. Both ranked number 8 and number 23 respectively.
